Endwall/Sidewall Fastening BonnaVilla's® unitized construction process protects against wind shear with a multiple fastening process when securing Endwalls to Sidewalls. Before fastening, clamps are used to bring the walls together, then nails are used to draw the two walls together, second screws pull the walls together tighter and secure them. Further strength is given by strapping the walls together with metal straps. |

Tongue & Groove Decking BonnaVilla® Homes installs 3/4" tongue & groove floor sheathing perpendicular to the floor joists. Interlocking the sheathing and staggering the seams eliminates continuous seams across the entire width of the home. Sturdy floors are obtained by gluing the tongue and groove, and gluing and stapling the sheathing to the floor joists. |

Heat Duct Design BonnaVilla® uses a computer designed closed-loop heating system for even distribution of heat. Our system uses perimeter floor vents, spreading warmth evenly. |

Interior Wall Fastening BonnaVilla's® unitized construction process requires all interior walls to be fastened through the top and bottom plate with #10 2 1/2" screws every 16 inches. While many of the interior walls are not 100% load bearing, all of the walls have a responsibility in the strength of your home. By fastening all interior walls in this way the added precaution protects against movement and should give you peace of mind. |

Component Cabinetry Cabinets are built with 1/2" side, back and bottom panels, 3/4" face frames. Virtually eliminating all unsightly staples, the cabinets are assembled by using dados with glue and pocket screws for all front stiles. 5/8" adjustable shelves make the cabinets very flexible to the individual homeowner. |
